I advise and represent clients, if necessary in the capacity of the liquidator, in all phases of the liquidation procedure, providing the client with comprehensive legal services to complete the procedure as quickly as possible to the client's satisfaction. I advise and represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings before the courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I most often represent clients in procedures for the collection of recognized receivables. If necessary, I represent clients in court proceedings due to disputing the client's claims. I represent clients in public tenders in the procedure for the sale of property of a bankrupt debtor.
