Labor Law

I advise employers and/or employees about their rights and obligations in the employment relationship. I prepare employment contracts, managerial contracts, work regulations with the systematization of workplaces, drafts of termination of employment contracts, and programs on taking care of redundant workers, conduct negotiations with workers on behalf of employers, and prepare decisions and other internal acts. I represent workers in labor disputes to challenge the legality of dismissal and return to work, mobbing, and payment of amounts related to the employment relationship and all other labor disputes.
